Measuring Righteousness
1 John 2:6 and True Faith
God has Voiced in His written Word a staunch behaviour that is expected of Children of God upon the planet. A Godly righteous behaviour that will reflect, represent, and ensure the knowledge of God, His Righteous Good, and His Love will become spread across the planet.
Titus 2:12 does Not voice that individuals are to live Partly sober, righteous and Godly in this present world, even though many choose to do so. Insufficient reflection and representation of God, His Righteous Good, and His Love does Not allow Godliness, Righteousness, and Love to get a stronghold across the planet.
Titus 2:12 Teaching us that,
denying ungodliness and worldly lusts,
we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
How are we assured that we measure up to God's set standard of Righteousness so not to perish by following or living by our own ideas of righteousness?
Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: Ecclesiastes 7:15-16 All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness. Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself? How do we know if our righteousness does exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees?
Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Matthew 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. Matthew 23:27-28 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Did God give wayward man no direction, nor tools of Godly Righteousness to follow? Is there any way the wayward can know how to be found worthy and righteousness enough to live in His Righteous Kingdom?
Luke 20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 1 Thessalonians 2:12 That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory. 2 Thessalonians 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer: 2 Thessalonians 1:11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: Revelation 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. Revelation 16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. The LORD God did provide the tools of Righteousness to be found worthy for the Kingdom of God, yet man continues to ignore and reject what the LORD God has voiced in the scriptures. The LORD God's law of Righteousness, the Ten Commandments was,
• First voiced to Abraham regarding His Righteous commandments, laws, and statutes. (Genesis 26:5)
Jesus brought, taught, and Physically displayed God's tools of Good and Righteousness, the Ten Commandments to help man overcome all sin. The Ten Commandments are man's measuring stick of Righteousness to be found worthy of the Kingdom of God.• Then written on tablets of stone with His Holy Finger for His Chosen Nation. (Exodus 34:28, Deuteronomy 9:10-11, Deuteronomy 4:13) • Then the LORD Personally in Physical Form brought, taught, and displayed His Ten Commandments in a Way physical man can physically sight and relate to, so All the families of earth will know, keep, and abide in God's Law of Righteousness, the Ten Commandments to "sin no more" for Eternal Living Life. The very same Spirit that voiced to Abraham, wrote with His Holy Finger on tables of stone, and Physically taught and displayed God's Law of Righteousness, the Ten Commandments Is Jesus Christ!
Proverbs 7:2-3 Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
Nothing can become written upon an individual's heart if not lived and lived by, Not even their Faith!2 Corinthians 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. Should we take our chances in man's ideas of an eternal security, and continually ignore and reject what was voiced in the scriptures? Shouldn't we seek full assurance?
John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? Psalms 26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. Hebrews 6:11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: Hebrews 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Jesus Christ does save and cleanse from All unrighteousness. When does All begin and end if we still partake of sin? How do we Keep ourselves in the state of being saved and cleansed from all unrighteousness?
Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Psalms 32:5 I acknowledged my sin unto thee and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. Psalms 18:23 I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine iniquity. Acts 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. 2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 1 Timothy 5:22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure. 2 Timothy 2:20-21 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 1 John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. Being saved and cleansed from all unrighteousness does not make a Righteous person if an individual still partakes of sin! One must continually walk in their given salvation and cleansing to become a Righteous person! Jesus showed the Way to being Righteous, being man's Example of what it takes to become a son of God, being a Son of God Himself. Individuals are to follow after His Righteous Example fully for a successful outcome. Individuals that seek God's Righteous Kingdom must Not waver with the partaking of sin, nor pick and choose what they follow in Christ.
James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
1 Peter 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 1 Peter 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? 1 John 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 2 Peter 2:20-22 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. How do we Keep ourselves in the love of God?
Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Abraham believed and obeyed the words that the LORD had Voiced to him, and it was accounted to him as righteousness.
Genesis 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
Moses wrote that the LORD did write with His Holy Finger upon two tables of stone the Good and Righteousness that man is to follow and live-by to become successful Sons of God. Yet many continue to ignore and reject, because
they don't truly believe

or they would listen, follow, and obey. They honor the Lord with their lips, but their hearts are truly far from the Lord, His Good and Righteousness.Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
John 5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. (Isaiah 29:13) Many are taught or tell themselves it's okay to sin a little, because the flesh is weak. These individuals completely ignore that the new creature (man) in Christ does walk in/after the Spirit of Righteousness, not the flesh. God knows they have not crucified the old man of sin, but instead chooses to keep the old man on life support to give them permission to sin. They want their cake and eat it too.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Romans 6:6-7 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Many professed believers live-by excuses to sin. They claim they don't, but their words and deeds within disobedience speak differently. They have been taught or have convinced their selves that they cannot be Righteous after Christ, when the LORD came down from Heaven (being Jesus Christ) to teach and Physically show what it takes to become a Son of God, being a Son of God Himself. Man's Physical Example to follow to be Righteous. Individuals can Not pick and choose what they want to follow in Christ, or they will fail!!!!
Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. 1 Timothy 1:19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. Those that take the Lord's forgiveness for granted by seeking His forgiveness for the same sin over and over again, do not have a true faith nor desire to overcome sin. They choose to continue to walk in the filth of sin and its unrighteousness. They do not truly walk in the forgiveness and cleansing of Christ with a Righteous heart, soul, and mind. They walk in their own forgiveness, cleansing, and righteousness.

There remains no more sacrifice and redemption, if their continued choice is sin over God and His Good. James 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, God hates all sin. Sin is contrary to His Pure, Holy, and Righteous Good nature. Sin ruptures man's relationship with Him, and this does grieve God, because it does corrupt the Spirit and Soul of man so it cannot return to Him, preventing many from becoming Sons of God. If the Spirit and Soul is not strong enough in Righteousness, it can Not return to the Father! If man sows unrighteousness on this earth, so will he sow unrighteousness in heaven. God doesn't wave a magic wand to make individuals righteous on earth or in heaven. They must want to be righteous of their own accord. If individuals cannot overcome sin in their lifetime upon the planet, they will never overcome sin. God will not allow any sin whatsoever into His Righteous Kingdom. He keeps it contained/chained to the wayward planet. There are conditions for inheriting the Kingdom of God.
Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. Romans 1:28-32 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Many professed believers believe they can continue to partake of sin and there will be no punishment. They do not think for one minute that they are condemning themselves. They don't even see themselves as being a sinner when they partake of the same sin that sinners partake of. They believe they are above reproach because they simply believe in Jesus Christ. They believe they don't have to overcome sin that Jesus did it for them. They honestly believe Jesus will keep forgiving their willful sin over and over again, but they are highly deceiving themselves. They believe they are unlike the sinners in the world, yet continually partake of the same sins of a sinner with no fear of God, accountability or a second thought, because they claim to believe in and know Jesus Christ. Sin is sin no matter who is doing it, and sin is never ever righteous, even though many are indirectly taught their sin is righteous because they believe in and know of Christ. But they don't truly Know and Believe in Christ, because they believe the LORD would ask of them to do something that is impossible. Such as, "sin no more", and keep the Father's commandments like He did to abide in his love.
Romans 2:3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. 1 Corinthians 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. Luke 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Many are taught and believe they can continue to sin and be guaranteed an eternal existence being a sinner. They have made Faith and Grace a cloak for sin. These individuals profess to believe in Jesus Christ, but they truly don't believe, nor do they truly know Jesus Christ and His written Word , because they choose to reject and ignore how to overcome sin so they can be clothed in the same Righteousness of Christ. These professed individuals are the weak lukewarm in Christ that are not truly born again in righteousness. They do Not walk in the Righteousness of Christ. They walk in their own justification and excuses for their sin. Sin always has to be justified, Good does Not.

Romans 6:1-2 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Galatians 2:17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. 1 John 3:6-7 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. All individuals can overcome the sin in the world, even as Christ has overcome the world, if they truly follow in His footsteps of Righteousness. Be of good cheer, it is possible to do all things in/through Christ, even keep the Ten Commandments as He did.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Revelation 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Time of the Gentiles is coming to a close real soon. Many professing to be in Faith will be at the door saying, Lord Lord I have done all these things, but the door will be shut to them because they have not made sure their calling and election is sure.
Matthew 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 7:22-23 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Luke 13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
2 Peter 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
Let us not allow our carnal will to be stronger than the Righteous Will of the Father! We pray many choose to truly serve God and His will of Righteousness this day, and forevermore! John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. **** Deuteronomy 6:25 And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us. Psalms 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. Psalms 119:172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness. Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. Proverbs 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life: Proverbs 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. (We are to establish the law of righteousness in the minds and hearts of others!) Luke 16:17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail. Romans 5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Romans 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God ; but with the flesh the law of sin. 1 Corinthians 7:19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God . James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 2 Peter 3:13-14 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man . For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
